Donor Refund Policy

Greater DC Diaper Bank (GDCDB) deeply values the generosity and trust of our donors. Your contributions make it possible for us to provide essential diapers, hygiene items, and other critical supplies to families in need across the Greater Washington region. While all charitable contributions to GDCDB are generally considered final and non-refundable, we understand that mistakes can happen.

To maintain transparency and goodwill, we have established the following guidelines:

Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis and, when approved, will be issued to the original payment method whenever possible.
